This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from https://inhaleindia.in, operated by Inhale Pure Private Limited, a company registered in India and compliant with applicable GST laws.


Nature of Product

INHALE products are sealed, pressurised, and consumable wellness products.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance, returns or refunds are permitted only under limited circumstances mentioned below.


Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Product received is incorrect

  • Leakage or physical damage at the time of delivery

Returns are not accepted once the product seal has been opened or if the product has been used.


Intimation & Time Limit

Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Invoice copy

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Verification & Approval

All requests are subject to verification by our quality control team.
Once verified, we will approve either:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund to the original payment source


Refund Process (GST Compliant)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.

  • Any GST component charged will be refunded in accordance with GST rules.

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days, as per GST norms.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened or used products

  • Seal broken or tampered products

  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Requests beyond the 48-hour reporting window


Shipping & Transit Issues

In case of shipping-related damage or loss, customers must notify us immediately.
We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as per our delivery policy.
